Privacy
This is ALTIOR’s privacy policy for altiorofficialstore.com.au. We collect only what we need to take pre-orders and (when live) process purchases, ship orders, provide support, and send marketing you have opted into.
What we collect
Depending on how you use the site, we may collect your name, email, phone, delivery address, order contents and sizes, marketing opt-in preference, and messages you send us. When payments are enabled, Stripe processes card details — ALTIOR does not store full card numbers on this website.
How we use it
We use personal information to fulfil and support orders, confirm pre-orders and drop interest, prevent fraud and abuse, improve the store, and send marketing only where you have consented. We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We share information with service providers who help run the store — for example payment processing (Stripe), email delivery, hosting, and carriers such as Aramex for fulfilment. They receive only what is needed to perform their role.
Optional measurement cookies
When optional Google measurement is configured, we ask before loading analytics or advertising cookies. If you allow them, purchase measurement can include an order identifier, purchased SKUs, quantities, currency and values. We do not send your name, email, phone or delivery address through this measurement. You can change your choice using Cookie preferences. Essential checkout and security storage continues to work when you decline.
Storage and security
Order and customer contact data is stored in our production database and hosting environment with access limited to authorised admins. Admin access uses signed sessions. No method of transmission over the internet is fully secure; we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in those messages or by emailing info@altiorofficialstore.com.au. You may request access to, or correction of, personal information we hold about you. Applicable Australian privacy requirements continue to apply.
